• Click on submit

• Then Go to the Services section.
• Click on the Certified Copy (CC)
• You will be led to the new JSP page http://www.igrs.ap.gov.in/ECCCOnline/cc.do?parameter=getCC

• Choose the ‘District’, ‘SRO Location’, ‘Reg_DoctNo’, ‘Reg_Year’, and ‘Captcha’.
• Now You will be able to download the IGRS CC Andhra Pradesh copy.
• Print and keep the hard copy of the same.

Application Procedure Of IGRS AP

Through IGRS AP – Online EC

• First, go to the official website of the State’s Registration and Stamps Department Official
• Go to Ease of Doing Business from the homepage then click EC Seach.

• A new page will be displayed as shown below.
• Now click on the click here link shown below to register yourself.

• Now below registration page will open. Alternatively, You can directly open the citizen registration page- http://rs.ap.gov.in/ECCCOnline/Citizen_Reg.jsp

• For AP stamps and registration EC, you will need to provide details, including your name, password, mobile number, Aadhaar number, user id, password, email address and residential address to IGRS AP to register yourself.
• Enter the all details and click on Submit.
• You will receive the user credential through SMS to the registered mobile number.
• If you already have a user id and password (Already registered user), for IGRS EC Andhra, you can skip the above steps by clicking Have an Account? Click here link and login using your credentials and do as directed, to obtain the online EC AP.

Through the MeeSeva Franchise

• To get IGRS EC through the Mee Seva online franchise, firstly go to the Meeseva portal

• Click on Authorised Service Provider on the menu for the operator list.
• After this, you have to submit an application to the Andhra Pradesh stamps and registration department for getting IGRS EC with all the necessary documents to the operator.
• You must also attach all of the documents given there
• The applicant will have to pay a specific fee to the operator
• The concerned authorities will go through the application
• The applicant will receive updates accordingly
• An SMS will be sent to the mobile number of the application after the confirmation of the certificate.

• First of all go to the official website of the registration and stamps department, Andhra Pradesh

• Now go to the Ease of Doing Business section below and click on Market Value Assistance.
• You can also go to Service and then select Market Value Certificate. You will be redirected to the below page.

• On this new page, you have to select the type of rates
• Now you have to select District, Mandal and Village
• After that you have to click on submit

• On the home page go to the Ease of Doing Business section below and click on Prohibited Properties Search

• A new you page will appear before you
• On this new page, you have to select your District, Mandal and Village
• Now you have to enter your survey number
• After that you have to click on submit
• Prohibited properties details will be on your computer screen.

How to Calculate Stamp Duty Fee?

• First of all go to the official website of the registration and stamps department, Andhra Pradesh
• The home page will open before you
• Now you are required to click on the Duty Fee Calculator. The below page will open.

• On this new page, you have to enter the land cost, structure cost, market value, stamp duty, transfer duty, registration fees, etc
• After that, you have to click on calculate
• By following this procedure you can calculate your duty fee.

IGRS AP – Documents Needed for AP Stamps and Registration of Property

Mentioned below are the documents that have to be submitted along with the registration form, while going about AP registration in the AP stamps and registration department.

• Sale agreement
• Sale deed
• EC AP
• Identity proof of the buyer, the seller and the witnesses (could be Aadhaar, Voter ID card, Passport or Driving Licence, etc.)
• Duly filled Form 60 or PAN card with proof of identity and address of both parties.
• Passport-size photographs of the buyer and the seller.

• To check AP stamps and registration deed details of the rural properties, click on ‘Rural Properties’ and you will be led to the below page

• Enter the details including district, mandal, village and survey number and press submit, following which you will get access to all details like shown in the below picture, for which you can take the printout too.

• To check AP stamps and registration deed details of the Urban properties on APIGRS, click on Urban Properties and you will be led to the below page.

• Enter the assessment number and submit and you will have access to all the details as shown in the picture below.
