The post-matric scholarship is available for the students of Bihar state who belong to Backward classes and economically backward classes.

Eligibility Criteria

The Eligibility criteria for the post-matric scholarship for backward classes and economically backward classes are given below:-

• If any of the students are already getting scholarships from any other institution, then they are not entitled to this scholarship
• If any of the candidates who after clearing one stage of education and are studying in the same stage of education in a different subject such as after I.A or B.Com after B.A or M.A in other subjects will not be eligible.

Combined Counselling Board (CCB) Scholarship, Bihar

A combined counseling board scholarship is provided to the students of Bihar. Under this scholarship financial assistance is provided to students who cannot afford to finance their studies. This scholarship is offered by the combined counseling board. The application for the combined counseling board scholarship starts from October. Only those students who are pursuing their diploma level, degree level, or postgraduate level courses can apply for a combined counseling board scholarship and they are required to pass the qualifying examination by at least 40% to 50% marks.
