• Choose the title for the party name, input the entire name, and choose the relationship type. Enter the relative’s name, cell number, PAN, email address, date of birth, gender, house number, nationality, marital status, occupation, sector/street data, area details, country, state, and district, if there is a power of attorney and guardianship involved. Then, choose “Save.” and proceed further.
• Choose the title for the witness’s name, input the same along with the date of birth, gender, relationship status, occupation, citizenship, and residence, and then choose the form of identification to be presented. Check the parties and then click “Save.”
• Then on the next page, you have to fill in the details of the person who has created the deed and click the save button
• Then the next page will be opened and you have to provide all the details about the property. It is advised to enter valuation-related details before hitting the save button 
• Then a new page will open where you have to upload the necessary registration documents, which are important for the process, and you have to fill in the transaction payment details as well
